Are you sure about that. The audit/form 10 was to get MIKP to fully reporting. Wouldn't FINRA write off on this 211 like they said they would and leave the rest up to the SEC?
JP, apt thought: The next significant factor they will consider is the protection of investors in MIKP and if there is a risk that MIKP will hurt investors or have to be suspended again in the future
i think that statement hits the nail on the head. the bottom line of FINRA's decision will come down to whether FINRA believes Mark will aim to run a legitimate business from this moment forward, or eventually return to the standard pink model of dilution revenue.
