What if Apple is just trying to protect future product specifications, plans, etc. from being revealed to competitors?

I'm not sure how Apple's legal team would have let a fraudulent deal happen in the first place. How exactly could/did Apple commit fraud?

Hi Cazual,
This is in response to your pm question, but i don't have pm so I'll post here.

No, it's not my opinion at all that this is a sell. If i had more expendable cash to throw at this I would. But therein less the key word, expendable. I think overall the chances of this going to zero are very slim. I think it's much more likely that we'll see $2.50 before we see $.25. Nevertheless I do feel less confident that this will resolve as quickly as I had originally thought, I also think the size of returns will be smaller for longer.

But I sure hope I'm wrong and I can't wait for someone to prove that I'm an idiot for not being incredibly excited every single day.
