GTATQ $$$$ This is where I disagree with you...if those documents are opened, the information AAPL has worked very hard to try and conceal will be exposed...the only reason I can think of to have those documents kept sealed is if they contain a fraudulent agreement....if the agreement is fraudulent it will be VOIDED and AAPL will be charged with fraud by the courts. Can you think of any other reason why it is so imperative to AAPL that the documents are destroyed? I'm open to any other guesses.

But...if what I suspect may indeed be the case...logic tells me that AAPL will take whatever action is necessary to ensure nondisclosure...and a better arrangement will be offered.

Of corse this is all speculation...but I hope you now understand why I think this is the case. So, GTATQ's strength is increasing...exponentially! Lol!
