Remember the BAA award ?There were 4 categories with over 70 business entities vying for a piece of the 10.5 million pie. And guess what? Little ol' Implant received 1/5 of it. This speaks volumes on the future direction TSA is going and with whom, and I will be here when it all comes together. I for one have no doubts as to 'if' TSA is buying...they will. As far as other sales...when TSA buys...there's no doubt in my mind other sales will quickly follow, as there's no bigger signal to the rest of the world than that. Currently, it is what it is...you either wait for it (sales),or sell and try to time your buy back, or run to safer ground.

"From my point of view- tsa will not buy current etd units from Smiths or Morpho, therefore to refresh their fleet of etds they will select the best unit available at the most attractive total cost of ownership ...."

The KEY words you used are "current etd units from Smiths or Morpho".

Players in this niche continue to work to obtain TSA certification. It appears to me that TSA will not be a buyer of ANY etd units until more companies are in the mix with an approved product.

Want to know when TSA will begin buying? Watch for news on additional companies getting certified. Buying is unlikely to happen until then. The question then becomes, "Will IMSC be cost competitive? And if so, how large is the piece of pie that IMSC might be able to grab?"
