KGB, seems to me you keep repeating the same question over and over. Why don't you place a call and find out? If you think this is a problem just move on. Do some DD yourself. Seems to me you are just fear mongering. transparent you are (yoda)

Hi. You make good points and I would be careful here until they become fully reporting, as there are no guaranties. I haven't checked their By-laws, and wonder if they can increase the number of authorized shares without shareholder approval. Also, just to share a dismal experience I had with a pink: Zig Ziegler and Motion DNA. I was one who believed what he said for years now and then watched my investment turn to trash-he said they would become fully reporting too, among a zillion other promises never kept and he made countless FRADULENT statements in PR's about contracts, patents, and buyouts. The only PR's that had truth were the ones announcing reverse splits, forward splits, i.e., messing with our shares, and I have absolutely no faith or trust in him or the company, as I believe shareholders were mislead.

I've been watching and researching this company for a while now. The DD shared here has been great, and I thank everyone for it. A few seem to know this CEO personally and have respect for him. To that, I can only say that I used to have respect for Zig and the company, but now about 4 years later, he has proven himself to be a liar. That's the thing--can we trust this guy? Does he really know how to operate a business and have a sound business plan? This LBWR doesn't really act like a pink, but then again neither did Motion DNA 3 or 4 stock symbols ago.

I do like the current relatively small number of OS and the float and especially the contracts they seem to be landing from legitimate companies, so I'll be watching and doing more DD. Just not sure if I'm ready to buy yet...good luck everyone. Just my two cents.

KG4,

obviously at some point along the line, Dexter will want to sell some of his shares. I'd guess that he would hold on to them well into the dollars, and legally he can only sell so many at a time. Furthermore, Dexter's family and friends have bought into LBWR. He's not going to kill the share price via dilution and leave them high and dry.

see my prior post - I think there has been a massive overreaction. I'm not one who looks kindly on dilution but this has been minor and the float is still tiny compared to the stocks that have been brought up here to warn about "possibilities." I think we need to stay real and not panic.

You can make money on pink sheeters and not all companies are like VWKM.

Assuming that the business plan is as stated, it would be foolish for Dexter and insiders to sell before the plan works out, a stable shareholder base is established and we are trading off the pinks.

The statement that restricted shares always become part of the float does not mean that they will be sold. If Dexter believes that the company is worth anywhere near what the projections indicate, he won't sell. Any sale would be to be taken over at much higher share prices.
