rrufff; totally agree.........

"I think there has been a massive overreaction"

There has been way too much emphasis put on this rather small sale of shares. A few more shares in the float is a good thing IMO. Too tight of float and a stock can be very difficult to buy or sell and the MM's will take advantage of it. As for the restricted shares coming into the market, keep an eye on the fundamentals. If the company is continuing to grow it's top and bottom lines, it is highly unlikely that any of the restricted shares would be mass unloaded. IMO, the fundamentals are pointing to a rare opportunity to acquire shares of a small company that is exponentially growing revenues from F500 companies. In a few years, this little blip over the last couple of weeks will be viewed as either a great opp that you took advantage of or the one that got away. I will be one of those in the first camp.

I also can't believe some people are attacking Creede. No matter how much DD anyone does, it is never 100%.

Creede, you have done some excellent work here and I thank you!

I am not going to post anymore about this and I hope everyone can get back on track with further DD which helps all of us.

GLTA.

Agree and thanks for the opinion..the only part I disagree with..and not really disagreeing....

<<The statement that restricted shares always become part of the float does not mean that they will be sold. If Dexter believes that the company is worth anywhere near what the projections indicate, he won't sell. Any sale would be to be taken over at much higher share prices.
>>

If company is doing well, then yes, he would not have to sell and can simply pay himself a salary....but the restricted shares are still there...I dont expect him to just let them sit for the next 20 years, no matter what his salary is...The guy deserves to get paid..and deserves even more if the company is kicking butt.....I agree..if company is doing well, they will not DUMP..but, like all other big board stocks in which everybody is getting a nice salary, the ceos and other insiders do sell their shares, either cause stock has risen greatly, wife needs a new vacation home, or many simply set up 'monthly sale plans', in which they sell a portion every month.....So again, are we assuming that PPS will be alot higher, company will be kicking butt...so there isnt much to worry about 120 mil being dumped into a 15 mil float? Correct? That is how I am looking at it....if we are far higher, it wont be an issue....
