15 mil float
120 mil restricted shares
I've been around long anough to know that restricted shares will one day not be restricted<g> and will be sold into the float....yea, yea..we have retirements of shares to the treasury and etc, etc, but typically, once they are non restricted and become free trading, they either get dumped into the float or get sold into the float little by little...heck, if I was ceo and I had 75mil restricted shares, I would likely either sell alot once non restricted and if share price is where I am happy selling, or at least set up a normal, maybe monthly or quarterly 'plan to sell'...
My questions..and they are not meant to be negative....with a 15mil float...when are those 120 mil going to be free trading and what effect will it have on pps/valuation if they are sold into the float?.....float looks great at 15 mil...what happens if it expands to 75mil-135mil in a blink, IF those restricted shares get sold into the float? No jumping on me please...just looking for opinions...good or bad...both sides of the coin....Thanks and great night to all....time to get some rest...
