Trying to understand the issues you're bringing up...

Heating...in the winter? Ummm, idk natural gas is pretty cheap. Do you know how they're heating it? Have you asked the CEO? Why is it an issue...are you assuming they can't pay their bills?

The property was obtained too cheap...? Why is that a problem? Did you know in the vast expanses of BC and Alaska you can still buy land and structures relatively cheap? That's just the nature of real estate.

Tell me some more issues here...would love to hear them

i keep asking how they expect grow their first crop, in December..in Kincardine Ontario where the temp will be -20 degrees Celsius on average..

Yes they will be able to grow a nice crop come the summer...

BUT in December
