Then you know how long it takes to cultivate a crop to production...maybe the timelines are premature, idk.
As far as the temps, I would assume they would have thought that out already. I do know that they grow a pretty large amount of bananas in Iceland year round with greenhouses as well as other produce so it can be done....especially if they have unlimited electric. Just my 2 cents
Your a fool. They talk about their high efficient heating system in previous press releases. It won't be as difficult to heat the greenhouse since they're splitting up the facility into sections that are climate controlled with hvac lighting and steam heat from the nearby energy plant. Not to mention they have a master grower/consultant.
Ask yourself something why make a green house if they will only grow in the summer? Green houses were created to grow In controlled environment year round. Amazing dd for you chefboy.
