We can definitely look forward to that. The toxic debt alone dictated dilution at the beginning of the year. The AS will increase substantially, but I'm still holding out for a decent bounce.
This is the move you take when forced by financier to PAY UP... Change your status of preffered and make that the voting right ? Would not the financial institues take him to court ?
Yes, there may be short term dilution but this company's operations will prevail and so will the price of the stock.
This company has enough revenue stream to NOT have unnecessary dilution on a going forward basis. So dilution as far as the eye can see is not very realistic.
We should remember this is a real company that is going to do $25 million in revenues this year.
