Based on what? Well over $2 million in negative net worth? Millions in annual losses? 150% increase in convertible loans with only 100% expansion? Oh, maybe it's the AS increase to 1 billion shares to sell MORE CONVERTIBLE NOTES!!!!

Let me guess, not a single verifiable number will be provided to demonstrate a revenue stream that will supplement more convertible notes.
