Well, those are answers that the Courts are trying to get now.

Here's the speculative answers so far:

A. GTAT(Q) could not offer a product of qualities required by Apple.

B. GTAT(Q) could not meet the Production Numbers in a timely manner
as required by Apple.

C. Both?

And with that, I would also speculate that the Equipment of this Facility
is the "Problem", not the people at GTAT(Q).

SOOOoooo, with that, I would also speculate that this Equipment is not
as High Tech as Apple needed, quality and/or quantity.

Maybe Blackberry or WalMart would be interested, but not
a Top Notch conglomerate like Apple.
