I couldn't agree more about the workaround with Apple: in the past few days, that's the part that has just not made sense. Major companies don't file for BK with no notice, something else is and has been going on behind the scenes.
This one is going to make all the lawyers on both sides plenty of money. :-)
I traded in and out of it all morning and made a bit. All out now and for the forseeable future. Best of luck.
PS: On another note, the insanity on this board really demonstrates the uselessness of message boards when the shit hits the fan.
