I did the calculations before for the previous 5 months for TDCP dilution rate - I posted numbers which I have now forgotten but were around 550,000 shares per day (average) shares issued. I suspect it will be significantly higher due simply to the much lower share price now compared to what it was for March-August 2014.

iamthe walrus, there is no way a common shareholder would have access to TDCP share issuances and reasons for it. This is insider information that could be used to make an investment decision.

How do you know about TDCP stock issuances?
