We will see what the 10Q says in the next few weeks..The last 10Q said as of 8/14/2014 the outstanding share count was 409 million.On the day the 10Q is submitted they have to ON THE FILE DATE calculate the OS count and that day as on 8/14/2014...If you wish to confirm that you can call the 3dicon office and im sure they will let you know...We didnt have 550 million shares OS on 8/14/2014..and we wont know the next number until the next 10Q is filed and on that date it is calculated , its not calculated..Call the office if you are confused about how that works..Have a great day !!
