And I think what datarox said was just taken a bit wrong. He didn't deny that IDCC has IP for the air interface. He just suggested that IDCC IP may not cover 100% of the whole thing.

And he may be right, he may be wrong.

But I just don't think there's an 'agenda;' just a difference of opinion.

Like I said: I think that the final answer will be revealed in the 'fullness of time' and that IDCC will profit handsomely and that's what's important.

I hope data rox is WRONG in underestimating the scope and strength of IDCC IP. And if he is wrong, then I'm buying the beef n ale. If he's right then he can buy.

The only requirement is that we're all going to enjoy ourselves--which is something that some people seem to have a tough time doing even while making money in IDCC!!!

OR we could go to HOOTERS in KOP??? Or both???
