I can find no instance where the CEO of LTNC withheld public information.

*How long did it take Schadel to reveal that there was over $1 million in delinquent payroll taxes from 2013. One month...two months...three...four...five...?

*How long is the term of the IRS installment agreement to pay back those taxes? Three years...four...five...six...?

*And, this one's a beauty, where is the disclosure that there are IRS liens placed against the company since January 2014 because of the delinquent payroll taxes?

It's pretty clear all he has left are pump campaigns and the results have been pretty lame. Looks like he can't even do that right.
