Hmmm....

DD2Gain

LOL!!! Slander, eh? Why, for calling the CEO a felon? It's public record.

Yes, well if we are going to paint a picture based on facts then I think it's only fair that we give FULL DISCLOSURE on the statement.

Ryan Schadel was a teenager who got caught up doing something stupid with a friend. Although he took a plea which constituted a felony, he only received a few days in county jail and probation. He paid his debt to society over 20 years ago and has never had anything more than a traffic violation since then. Sometimes it takes a traumatic action to snap someone into reality and force them to grow up. As long as we learn from our mistakes it can only make us a better person.

I think of all the times I personally did stupid things with my friends like blowing up mailboxes, experimenting with drugs, or driving after drinking, where I too, could easily have an arrest record had I been caught, even though I consider myself a rather boring law abiding citizen.

Or was it when I said he withholds information? That's public record too for anyone who bothers to do their DD.

I can find no instance where the CEO of LTNC withheld public information. On the contrary, I have found this company to be extremely transparent. Does that mean that they have to divulge every single thing that is NOT considered a material event? NO! They do not. Just like the fact that you will never see that the largest percentage of GE's revenues actually come from pay per view porn!

What's not public record is that there is any reputable analyst or "insider" suggesting LTNC is a buy.

I would like to see ONE OTC COMPANY that has had a buy rating issued by a legitimate research analyst or investment banking firm. You won't find one because credible analyst have an audience of hedge funds, micro-cap funds, money managers, etc. all of whom are not allowed to make investments into nano-cap company's like LTNC.
