geocappy1: Don't worry.. I will be selling my shares as soon as I am close to even but at this rate I might have just sell at huge loss.

The crazy phenomenon is how a company can exist for 30+ years and remain UNPROFITABLE with a Market Cap of SUB $300 Million. Yet maintain an inept Management and BOD and yet continue to give them raises and even a RETENTION BONUS.

Everyone has their own perspective. I am probably one of the biggest gripers of management and the BOD. They have been talking partnership for at least eleven years, and yet there are none. The stock price is down over 75% and yet there has been no change in upper management or the BOD only huge increases in salary. The BOD has no experience in the biotech field at all and the pps seems to reflect this. What amazes me most is how people can defend this group.

As for not selling and moving on, I am here for the science. If I was here for the BOD, I would also be invested in Patriot Scientific, Cryoport, and the other rinky-dink company they are currently mis-managing.

Why would anyone in the world take King at his word? He has been talking partnership since 2003....yes 2003.

I'll use this analogy again...I bet on BAVI... an apparently awesome thoroughbred horse...and for many many years, my hard earned money along with many others here have as well. As more and more time passes we realize that we have a 350lb jockey (the bod) weighing down the horse.

After countless years of "contributing" to the advancement of the platform....selling at this stage would be moronic.

Voicing an opinion and backing opinions with facts about the shortcomings of the management team is fair game.

Ever since the India and Georgia trial results....these folks have made self serving decisions that have been disastrous.

How is the next generation Avastin trials going...they should be in phase 2 right now for every indication that Avastin treats had they partnered years ago. Now the whole subject just gets filed into the stuffed PPHM "let's just not talk about it folder"
