Simple. Because shareholders are dumb enough to vote in favor of what management wants every year.

Good point, however, it does indicate that you have not been a SH long. If you had been you would realize why this is the case and how the company is much different from the company that existed prior to the last 8 years.

The BOD is what it is because ES lent the company money and kept it from going bankrupt. In 2005 things changed because the primary IP was replaced with an all out effort to focus on the Thorpe work which was definitely the right move. The Close knit BOD was necessary to protect the IP since no one in the company had enough shares to control the ownership against cheap takeover (if you have seen my previous post you know I have been harping with the company to expand BOD by two- still no way they will give up control but two more sets of eyes would help credibility).

In my eyes we have had the pphm for the 1st 21 years with absolutely no leadership and/or direction. I believe in 2005 they stumbled upon science which they believed was a game changer and have had the development on the right path since although with limited resources for such a big science. I have been in for 15 years and know that the 30 year argument is not valid. The 1st 21 years were a challenge just keeping the company afloat long enough to find a good science. I think they have that now and are light years away from where they were pre 2005.

Hopefully, you will receive your opportunity to sell shortley. What is that pps target?
