My faith in Peregrine grows by the post, when I read such posts.

From stressed cells to cancer to hundreds of autoimmune diseases, to Bavi crops or lets say Crop Science as Bayer likes to call that division, to polymer plastics to chemical reactions to Electron Beam Processing... I truly am beginning to see a BASF type company of the future.

I'll be holding onto every possible share I can, because its a matter of time and I remind myself daily of all the possibilities and need one of those dia76ca reminders of what is to come on just the medical front. I think the "astronomical" value is derived from that of course.... but also from many other areas.

Please help us out. What change would you vote for that you think would have a chance of coming to fruition? I have been here 15 years and have voted no more than I have voted yes. I have also contacted IR and the company directly to the point of getting a cease and desist letter.

I have also seen progress over the past 5 years in moving the science forward and the operation of the company.

Now, after 15 years I have a better understanding of how difficult the path is to bring a new drug to market. Many companies go bankrupt trying to do so. It is even more difficult to bring a drug to market when its success could totally upset the apple cart. Everybody is going to fight you when your philosophy of treatment goes against the existing drugs. I am not sure we would even be making the progress we are if the bigger BP companies didn't start moving immunotherapy. Although still against us, they have ceded to the fact that immunotherapy is the way of the future which wasn't always the case.

I repeat. what change are you talking about voting for that you think has a chance of passing? If you say replacing the BOD that will not happen due to the Delaware law.

Now if you said put up a legal challenge of some sort instead of vote them out, I would have thought you had some idea how things work.
