Point is that none of us are in control of the official closure of the P&A with the key players nor are we in control of the official closure of the WaMu bankruptcy case and when these events happen, then you will know if money has, has not or will be transferred into escrow share accounts. I only use dates that the fiduciary players use who are in charge, so if they change their dates, then common sense dictates that all interested investors have to change their dates as well.
I know there will be people that will say you said this, you said that but the real truth is these dates were/are based on what the people in charge have filed. Plain, simple and just common sense period! It they are using a moving target, then all others have to as well.
