Again, I offer to cover all of your expenses if you can get the Liquidating Trust to agree to meet with you to discuss (and IMO, dispel at the least) your theory. Send them a communication with your theory, and (if they don't simply outright reject it as _______), I'll cover your taxi, air (for 2), hotel, meals, etc.

The FDIC and JPM have huge mountains to cross to resolve the open exposure and liabilities from the Long Beach and WMB securitized MBS. They aren't arguing over assets, they are litigating over "liabilities."
