I placed a sell order and the pop-up said it was because there is no value listed. In other words if someone was to call in a order through Scottrade or if a E-Trader was to place a order then the " Last Price " would change back from 0.00 to .0001. Once a value other than 0.00 is shown it can be electronically traded.
I've seen it before, nothing to do with this company in particular.
PS: the last trade was on the 10th, not the 5th.
