. The worst case scenarios are always a possible. Good to hear you had positive news, (The services one pays for at Scottrade include phoning the national office to ask if , worst case scenario ( that ECDC might be halted) is a fact. ). I phoned and all one has to do is phone in and request to place a trade on ECDC. ECDC is traded even at no bid. It's very much up and available for trades. The guy said in no way was it halted. But that Scottrade sometimes requires a phone call to initiate a trade on a no bid.
Not an advisor but would recommend DD first, before espousing leading speculation, based on faulty facts. Trust is earned, right? All said here is IMO . Awaiting with full awareness that potential profits are only realized when the product has been deployed and used. On the track , given school districts are displaying approval.
