What was the total purchase price, including shares and cash for LTAS when WSGI bought them?

insighter, the rumor is Dr. Frost is a "Billionaire".

Ever wonder why he didn't simply buy the company if he was "really" excited about it or the technology. Chump change to him right, look how cheap WSGI sold it for. I think he knew that was not the way he could make money on this deal. He can't lose on a deal where unsuspecting investors pay the way and make him even more money regardless if the company succeeds or not.

Why not let the "common" shareholders take all the risk, you know what that's like.

If you check his history I'll think you'll find this is the way he operates.
