Certainly Dr Frost may not be a pirate. But how the acquisition of LTAS was done reflects poorly on his associates imo. They seem to have raped and plundered shareholders of wsgi. $350K in cash was, is and never will be a sign of good will towards wsgi I don't think. Only ten million locked up shares to wsgi out of 146m shares (who knows WHO owns the rest) is not a goodwill gesture IMO.
