Omg wow you just explained trading. The real action will be in 2-3 months? So that means the price will be higher so that's why you buy now BEFORE all that happens. Do you think the price will be where it is with CE removed, possible new license, and other deals they are working on? So I should wait till all that happens when the PPS is higher and THEN buy in? Yeah that makes sense. I'm trying to make money. That's why we are buying now

Agree, To many RED FLAGS here. these stinky stocks like INCC are for flippin never fall in luv nor get greedy. Make a buck and be happy!

Seems INCC was front loaded and the insiders need more volume to make more free money!
