CAREFUL folks….TA-is-gagged….CE-flag……MJ-cultivation acreage is NOT yet owned or leased because the property is still under contract ( acreage in the STICKY is not "Industrial" zoned--check it out on Chaffee County website,,,,CAN NOT grow unless its "industrial" zoning )

Mehos has some "industrial zoned" property under contract, but a LOT hinges on the STATE approving his license, it was approved at County level but not at state level ( see post 23446 )

the "ingredients" here are tempting, but the RISK is still very huge, this will cycle through this PPS again if it spikes, the REAL action is 2-3 months away, and based around "approvals" of other commissions…... ( 2015 )
