but in this case, post production is taking forever simply because the person in charge of it (Locsmandi) is nudging it forward in his spare time, due to lack of budget to finish the film.
time will tell how the cards will fall here.
the only thing certain is that Mark has made a fool of himself again
by promising that form 10 will be done "next week" on several occasions,
all many weeks ago.
credibility is a fragile commodity...
