I feel certain the vote requirement guidelines are the same as they were in 2008, which was the last time this same company had a similar vote which took them from 50 million authorized to the present 100 million authorized; that particular share increase proposal passed by the way.

It is all available in black and white for anybody --- management, Board Member, shareholder, or anybody else who actually gives a damn; including you.

Now go listen to the meeting again and you can hear WHY I am completely exasperated. I am hanging on patiently so far, but I am tired.

We are not all wearing training wheels!

We need real leadership not bull.

I do not easily get perturbed without perceiving justification.

When I say FAIL, I mean FAIL.

Do not be dissappointed . This was a great meeting and there are 8 big companies doing dd at the same time.

The reason why the vote failed was that many shareholders did not vote; I know that a lot of belgian voters did not vote as they have to vote through their brokers and these brokers do not bother. They even do not know how to vote. It is quite a complex procedure. This isssue will be resolved.

I am looking into it how we can all vote here in Belgium.
