I think he needs to hear from us. Our relationship with a person we don't get to see or hang out with may work for the Fellow Above but we're talking about a mortal. He needs to be visible to us or it will become increasingly difficult to keep the faith.
Improving this situation requires that we ALL put in our two cents. This isn't for Zev to do alone. This is a responsibility every one of us has---not just to our jointly owned company but to ourselves. We count! And when we feel otherwise, it's time to become as the squeaky hinge and make some noise.
