Hi Jeff,

There is no direct (or for that matter indirect) ownership between GTE and Delta, either now or previously. Delta's a separate entity owned by Bob and Tim, incorporated on its own in the state of Florida (not Delaware like GTE), with Jon Leinwand as the agent, as you pointed out. The address is the same building as the GTE offices. Other than that, I know very little about Delta Aero except that GTE acquired the technology for Skybot and Invader from it. I do not know of any subcontracting relationships involving Delta.

Thanks for your comments on Mr. Dumas' letter. He really just wanted to say hello to the shareholders.

I think if people put themselves in Tim and Bob's position they would see that it would probably be easier to deal on a military level as Aero. It is noted that Aero is a disabled veterans company which probably gives it perks etc.

I think it should be left alone and as stated not a part of GTE. Let's keep focus I say.

JF7...Thank you. Now the question is:

Rob did not correct you in your statement "As Delta Aero was developed using GlobeTel funds and personnel"...????

If I were a skeptic I could run with that and make things look pretty bad. HOWEVER, I have to believe that everything is on the up and up and neither GTE funds or technology were used for this venture. Huff is not so stupid as to do something so obviously illegal.

However, taking Rob's comment " I know very little about Delta Aero except that GTE acquired the technology for Skybot and Invader from it." Now, this does make it interesting.

I am guessing here, but if GTE aquired technology from DA, then they must have had to pay for it somehow, or have some contractual agreement where DA benefits in the future, somehow...

That should be something that is reportable! Wouldn't it?
