I posed the Delta Aero question to Rob Bleckman and have his OK to repost.

Hi Rob,

Greetings and congratulations on a well written letter to the shareholders from Mr. Dumas. The consensus is that the shareholder letter clarified/explained the current position and direction of GlobeTel. The letter successfully diffused a potentially damaging 10-K for 2005.

Among the questions that remain after reading the shareholder letter, is the status of Delta Aero, which details Bob Jones, Tim Huff as President and Directors and Jonathon Leinwand as the Registered Agent. Delta Aero also shares the same address as GlobeTel, with its website showing the GlobeTel Sky Dragon.

And yet there was no mention of Delta Aero in the 10-K Mr. Dumas’ detailed discussion of GlobeTel’s operating units.

As Delta Aero was developed using GlobeTel funds and personnel, it would stand to reason that Delta Aero belongs to GlobeTel as a division, even if there are needs for restricted communication as it relates to potential military contracts.

Rob, can you please confirm that Delta Aero is an operating unit, division or subsidiary of GlobeTel?

Will Delta Aero more likely be a subcontractor to primary government contractors with major existing government relationships (i.e.Northrup Gruman and Boeing) and as a result must contractually remain more obscure?

Thank you for any light you may shed on this very elusive division.

Best Regards,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

There is no direct (or for that matter indirect) ownership between GTE and Delta, either now or previously. Delta's a separate entity owned by Bob and Tim, incorporated on its own in the state of Florida (not Delaware like GTE), with Jon Leinwand as the agent, as you pointed out. The address is the same building as the GTE offices. Other than that, I know very little about Delta Aero except that GTE acquired the technology for Skybot and Invader from it. I do not know of any subcontracting relationships involving Delta.

Thanks for your comments on Mr. Dumas' letter. He really just wanted to say hello to the shareholders.

Rob
