The way I see it FINRA is trying to prove a point with these guys. As others on the board have mentioned, once FINRA approves this then shareholders will know the company has been well vetted. Should this be believed and FINRA did even a small amount of due diligence, they could not have liked what they found. That being said, if the SEC approved the resisting FINRA most likely has to play ball but it seems they are purposely taking their sweet time.

At your breakfast with Robert, did you ask him if maybe Mr.Romano or Mr Spillan knew how to expedite the FINRA process?
