Oh we all know how you see things and it's always with a negative view.

If anyone on this board has ever really worked with Finra then you would know they don't try and prove points. They either approve or deny things they don't act liked a scorned child, but they are ridiculous in the comments they issue at times whether it's on approval to list or on marketing materials. They will work at their own pace and they do take a while to respond back to companies that are traded on NASDAQ and NYSE so I can only imagine it takes longer for OTC.
