It is a sincere question and I would like your public answer please. I gave you a precise public answer about my judgment as to what is the appropriate size of the ISO pool.

Now I am asking you give the same answer from your judgment as a "yes" voter. I am not pumping any position. I just sincerely would like to know your limit for the ISO pool i.e. how many shares in measure #2 would be too much in your opinion?

That is all. Please answer this simple question, just as I answered your question about what I thought was fair, reasonable, and necessary.

Joel, I think Corp should have a public answer from you. You asked him and others about what they thought was fair and they and I have told you. Now you decide it should be turned off so we should all listen? How about you give your opinion about what you think a fair rate of dilution is each year and what amount you think management should have available in the ISO pool and then we stop the discussion? The inquiring public wants to know. We have posted that the recent past is way over the top in terms of outstanding stock since 1999 and think that increasing the outstanding stock by 50% over that time frame is too much. How much would be too much in your mind per year?
