Corpbuyer:Please See My response to Desertdweller

And as I said at the time, I thought that your answer was misleading in that the powerpoint presentation that you referenced as your source didn't say what you said, 8-10% for companies in the same competitive space--it said 24% for technology companies, and given the absence of definitions as to what is a 'communications' company vs what is a high tech company, I think IDCC would fall into the tech category--communications companies could be AOL/Time Warner and media companies and many other inapplicable comps.

And according to the fairest calculations of dilution (not your claimed 40%)(considering the revenues generated and other factors) IDCC isn't far off that mark--and if they are a wee bit higher than 24% that is consistent with a David sized company trying to compete with the goliaths and beat them--the need to recruit and retain the elite is the only way IDCC can compete.

Anyway, could we please take up any further discussion in private email rather than clutter the board with the same old same old been there done that everything's been said options discussion?

I'm serious--those PETA people can be vicious! You don't want them coming after you and this dead horse is about as beat as one can be IMHO

Could we talk about onions? Or cartoons? Or even something other than options that is on topic?
