I just made a call to Mr. Colson and asked him how many if any other companies did he serve on or was aware of that the BOD got the benefits that he received at IDCC? His comments was for me to speak to Harry or Howard on this matter and hung up. I guess he is embarassed to have raped us and doesn't even have the courage to speak to someone. So my opinion is now ever lower than it was, as I would have tried to justify my services instead of being rude and hanging up on a shareholder. I guess when you have no justification hiding and taking the money is the best venue to use.

They do not participate financially in the ISO, the administer the plan. However, they have their own plan set aside which allows them to award options from the unissued shares of the company.

What is your point in reviewing the director plans?
