Yes I was and I was upset at the time. But I am no longer. The amount they paid for the shares and the options are the same. The only difference is that they had to pay for the shares right away and the options later, and they assume risk by purchasing the shares but no risk by acquiring the options. But the cost of the options and shares were the same.
