But let me ask you one question:

What would have happened if Nate didn't bring up the IT allegations against the SNH. How things would have evolved? I cannot believe that Nate was the one and only lifesaver of the EC (and thus provided us Escrows) and SG was not able to achieve the same result (possible equitable disallowance of the SNH) by themselves.

It was the cap removal on LT and not the 5% tradeoff with respect to LT that lead to an agreement.

Also, this part makes me think about the 12+ JPM bankers and attorneys that have committed suicide or otherwise died in mysterious circumstances in the last year or so:

Was just reading a story about JPM's head attorney struck and killed by a vehicle while he was biking. Story said his body flew over 120 feet, that's extraordinary and would seem hard to cause with an accidental side-swipe. Unfortunately I don't have the link to the story as I read it days ago, but it can be looked up. Apparently he was one of JPM's top atty's.
