Seems very suspect that the consultants have not been named. Why???? Is this another scam that Phipps is involved in? Why has the COB not given out the consultants names? WTF are they hiding?
Unless there were payment terms, I would think only pressure from the SEC or us shareholders could enforce a payment or make a stink about inter-co sales being paid.
With private companies, the receivable could stay on the books forever.
