Public Proof? Provide termination Evidence.....

The difference this time is that all his bad business decisions are visible from Saleen's public reporting and anyone with millions of dollars to invest is also probably smart enough to read and understand how Steve has been running the business. Ethics in the end will prevent a White Night from wanting to invest.

If the public reporting part is true....then please provide REAL Evidence that shows why Steve was terminated from his old company. Not sure this would be classified information and could IMO be provided immediately

The PPS has only risen in the last week versus decreases every week before then.

The Market knows hence the 52 Week high of 56 cents

Pretty simple if Steve isn't being sincere about turning this company then IMO it will FLOP. But could he be for real?

Yes, the word is Steve has burned bridges, has some angry and disgruntled former employees and associates. Not to mention some relationship with some vendors that are in need of repair.

Can Steve really turn this around?

Going concern statement is boiler plate language required by accounting regs & standards. Auditor, as required must include going concern statement. Most any public start up includes this statement.
