IMO:The average volume of shares traded daily has been going up due to two factors:
1) The price drop per share has made the stock price so cheap (like 6 cents recently) that it requires the selling and purchasing of more shares to = any value and to get sufficient value from the cost per trade for each transaction. At $8.00 per trade the first 267 shares traded is lost in the $16.00 of trading fees.
2) IMO: The Del Franco Partners are selling their 200,000 to collect as much as $425,000
from the law suit won against Saleen.
The PPS has only risen in the last week versus decreases every week before then.
Obviously, I believe the stock is headed downward to zero not up to .15. My opinion is based on the financial condition of the company and the pending bankruptcy which was clearly documented by Saleen's CPA firm in the "Going Concern" and the Liability sections of the 10K report published in July.
The only possible way that Saleen can avoid bankruptcy would be a deep pocket investor showing up very soon to infuse millions of dollars immediately to fend off the consequences of long term delinquency on every note Saleen has on the books. Time is running out. Eventually, even the Saleen enthusiast's will realize that all of Steve's promises of a Tesla, Supercar, Plant Expansion is just a pumping exercise to try and pull in investors. Saleen does not have the cash to execute on these promises or to even sustain it's self and pay it's bills. Steve has been in this position several time before in the past. The difference this time is that all his bad business decisions are visible from Saleen's public reporting and anyone with millions of dollars to invest is also probably smart enough to read and understand how Steve has been running the business. Ethics in the end will prevent a White Night from wanting to invest.
The other consequence of a White Night investing millions is that a lot more shares would be issued and all the current shareholders stock would be diluted by a significant amount.
