i just looked for a shelf registration and there is one for $100 mil and the last offering was for about $32 mil. so there could be another offering up to $68mil and Baker Bros would be the dream scenario maverick.

I'm hoping Germany starts to generate revenue shortly. Then no or very limited dilution will be needed.
