Don't recall there is a shelf that has gone unused.

YES one was filed in 4/14 HC Wainwright.

$17M of the last $32M probably didn't happen yet. The deal was setup for the same people to have the option for the $17M at $7.50 a share. Of course they would probably wait until SP was over $7.50. Maybe $9. So, AF's antics with MDA likely prevented NW from getting that $17M. That will be the perceived game again this month if you are Cramer.

But, as Maverick has pointed out, now way to know if they really need the $17M any longer.

In addition to warrants possibly cashed, I wonder about all those new shares that Cognate apparently gained. I don't understand the issues well enough... but NW immediate expenses might have been pretty low this quarter if Cognate once again took the burden. And why not, if LP is truly happy about the companies near future?
