OTC FTD reports include numbers that reported - when all the numbers are not reported- the reports are flawed- fact.
reporting agencies, clearing houses, brokers, market makers, and others lie, steal, cheat and misrepresent the truth - that is also a fact.
I like dealing with reality- to believe that only the big bad pinky CEO's lie, steal and cheat- but clearing houses, brokers, market makers, and others do not lie, steal and cheat is naïve at best.
