And yet, in the aftermath the LQMT outstanding shares have grown from around 45 million to 434 million and counting.

What's changed?

Well, fools and crooks are relative terms ...... these fellows in charge over the last four years do not have much of a track record.

If "IT" does not happen soon, I'd guess this is but another feeding ground for incompetent/unlucky executives who hooked up with a poor product or simply just became regular old leeches.
