Because the SEC has approved social media as a valid method for releasing news. It's now happening on Penny stocks everywhere. I don't like it, but I guess we're gonna have to get use to it.
That would be good business practices as it is a better way to inform investors and potential investors as well as raise the pps so when they decide to dilute they get more bang for the shares they release out into market
