that is not the first time the SEC has acknowledged FINRA.

And I do believe Alan spoke with Bill Chaaban about a statememnt BILL made on facebook about a call from FINRA regarding FITX and he needed to send in some supporting documentation. It was mentioned that FINRA was looking at all the MJ stocks. so this should be no shock. FINRA does work with the SEC and if they see a problem you damn well better believe they will do something about it - i.e. report it to the SEC so it can be suspended.

FINRA put out a warning long before the SEC did about these MJ stocks and potential scams. and they are not going to sit back and do nothing.
